Tools:
Delphi, Assembler, ADSP-2100 microcomputer family Assembler tools (Analog Devices Inc.).
Accomplishments:
This project is intended for servicing the control and data acquisition needs of a multi-electrode mapping system for physiological investigations. I myself developed the software for the automated workplace for scientist researcher.
Hardware was a distributed computer system consisted of the IBM-PC and L1250-device built on the base the signal microcomputer ADSP2105 family. The computers interacted through the ISA-slot. Under program control, such a system maintains both high-rate data registration and electrical stimulation of investigated physiological object in real time. Using ADSP-2100 family Assembler tools (Analog Devices Inc.), I wrote the program for ADSP2105 in Assembler for ADSP2105; this program maintains a circular FIFO-buffer in order protection against the data loss.
(See code example)
The programs for the PC were written in Object Pascal using the integrated instrumental environment Delphi, and a part of the application for the PC was written in integrated Assembler. Program package for PC includes the means for the computer visualization obtained data as well as the means for automatic experiment protocol keeping.
(See code example)
This project is intended for servicing of the plant for multi-electrode mapping of myocardium used for physiological investigations.
